A binding contract is formed only once:

  • You receive an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

5. Pricing and Payment

We accept payment through approved payment providers, including Klarna.

By selecting a payment method, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

6. Klarna

If you choose Klarna as your payment method:

  • Klarna may perform independent checks

  • Klarna’s own terms and privacy policies apply

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed via Klarna

AVORÉ SMILE EUROPE is not responsible for Klarna’s payment decisions or services.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs processes

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and oral care products cannot be returned or refunded once opened, unsealed, or used, even within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days, except where an exemption applies.

Under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are exempt once unsealed.

10. Memberships, Emails, and Marketing

By subscribing to AVORÉ SMILE communications or the Members Club, you consent to receive marketing emails.

You may unsubscribe at any time.

Transactional emails related to orders will continue regardless of marketing preferences.
