Returns & Refunds Policy

At AVORÉ SMILE, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, provided the conditions below are met.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Important Hygiene & Safety Notice

For health and safety reasons, cosmetic and oral care products cannot be returned or refunded once opened, unsealed, or used.

This applies to all AVORÉ SMILE products, including but not limited to:

  • Whitening gels

  • Whitening boosters

  • Oral care pastes

  • Mouth trays

  • Any product with a seal or hygienic packaging

Once a product seal has been broken, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable, even within the 14-day withdrawal period.

This exception is permitted under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Returns for Unopened Products

You may return your order if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is unopened and sealed

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Returned items must be received in a condition suitable for resale. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned items do not meet these conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty product

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, including return shipping where applicable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Klarna refunds are handled directly through Klarna

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Klarna Purchases

If you paid using Klarna:

  • Approved refunds are issued back through Klarna

  • Your Klarna balance will be updated accordingly

  • Klarna’s own terms and conditions also apply alongside this policy

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns
